I took these photos on Thanksgiving day of the snow around our home as well as at the State Park. The Coop Girls were less then impressed as I'm sure you can imagine.
Most of this snow has melted, however, it's snowing again as I type. Just beautiful, isn't it?
How about you - do you have snow on the ground?

The snow just looks so lovely...like a Christmas card! No, there is no snow on the ground here in Australia but we do have the sun shining in the sky seeing as we are having opposite seasons. Your chooks must be a bit miffed to be so cold.
ReplyDeletewe just got our first snow of the season here in Nevada. Only a few inches, but it makes the homestead look so much prettier.

Oh wow it is so breathtaking! Looks like a postcard. I sure wish we had snow like that. Down here in NC we don't get a whole lot of snow....maybe a few times a year or so.
ReplyDeleteI am completely envious of the snow. I live on Vancouver Island off the west Coast of Canada. It is zone 9a so we very little if any snow. It is the only thing that isn't perfect about being here. :-)
ReplyDeleteWow, wow, wow... look at all that snow! It looks so crisp and beautiful :) We haven't had much snow at all so far this year, which is extremely rare -- normally we have several feet outside by December.
